This character was going to be an Electric passenger carriage. The fur trim was added as an emergency Mrs Claus costume! I really like the pattern on the bodice, and the slinkies are beautiful too. Belt's technically a Buffy, but whatever... silver gloves are commercial with the wheels painted on.

Doesn't fit the mannequin well! quite dodgy fastenings too. But it's shiny and does all go together nicely.

obviously missing the lycra here! stockings only pinned to belt here. hand-made gloves from fake leather, doesn't last up to hard wear.

This is what happens to old school uniform leotard and leggings in this house! the steel grey shiny fabric is gorgeous, really nice pair of slinkies. The rest of it... it does look like Volta, but the finish is not good, and one fin is completely deflated, needs padding and sewing on.

odd leggings - red leg is home-made, grey is bought. the skirt's onto a fairly large waistband.

this is small - just got it over the mannequin's shoulders - but very pretty! Jo Gibb-style pointed top piece. You really need to wear it over something tho, as it's cut-out lacing.

really simple but effective way to produce a Starlight costume - put these with a white top and black leggings. There's a matching skirt kicking around somewhere...

Before I learnt how much easier it is to just MAKE stuff. commercial top, altered and with quilted shoulders. Belt cover over thin leather belt - does have coupling handles. Gloves hand-made by Mazz from fake leather - worn out a but.
